(一)抗原(Antigen, Ag)是指那些能誘導(dǎo)動(dòng)物免疫系統(tǒng)發(fā)生免疫應(yīng)答、產(chǎn)生抗體同時(shí)又能與免疫應(yīng)答產(chǎn)物在體內(nèi)外特異性結(jié)合、發(fā)生免疫反應(yīng)的物質(zhì)。

抗原的反應(yīng)性取決于抗原決定簇(antigenic determinant),或稱(chēng)為表位(epitope)。一個(gè)抗原分子可帶有不同的決定簇,在免疫測(cè)定中,抗原是指能與抗體結(jié)合的物質(zhì)。能在機(jī)體中引起抗體產(chǎn)生的抗原多為分子量大于5000的蛋白質(zhì),例如乙型肝炎病毒表面抗原(HBsAg)、甲胎蛋白(AFP)等。
