BAR有什么含義？

英國(guó)法律三大體系？
英格蘭和威爾士實(shí)行普通法系，蘇格蘭實(shí)行民法法系，北愛爾蘭實(shí)行與英格蘭相似的法律制度。司法機(jī)構(gòu)分民事法庭和刑事法庭兩個(gè)系統(tǒng)。在英格蘭和威爾士，民事審理機(jī)構(gòu)按級(jí)分為郡法院、高等法院、上訴法院民事庭、上院。
