就是微管上的蛋白,主要有MAP1, MAP2,MAP4還有tau。大部分MAP主要是為了穩(wěn)定tubulin dimer組成高分子的dimer
tau蛋白在中樞神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)的神經(jīng)元非常豐富而少見于其它細(xì)胞,在中樞神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)的星形膠質(zhì)細(xì)胞和少突膠質(zhì)細(xì)胞中表達(dá)量也很低。tau蛋白有缺陷并不再正常穩(wěn)定微管時(shí),可導(dǎo)致神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)病變和失智癥,如阿茲海默病。
