香檳是甜的嗎
香檳是一種著名的起泡酒,而且只有在法國香檳區(qū)使用指定方法釀制的起泡酒才能叫香檳。香檳也不一定都是甜的,按含糖量分為絕干、超干、干、半干或半甜、甜、特甜和絕甜幾類。
就算沒有喝過香檳,對香檳也會有一定的認(rèn)識,香檳是一種有名的起泡酒,它是一種慶祝佳節(jié)最常用的葡萄酒,它具有奢侈,誘惑,和浪漫的色彩,也是葡萄酒中之王。
根據(jù)法國香檳原產(chǎn)地保護(hù)制度,只有在法國香檳產(chǎn)區(qū),選用指定的葡萄品種,即霞多麗、黑皮諾和莫尼耶皮諾,根據(jù)指定的生產(chǎn)方法和流程所釀造出來的起泡酒,才可標(biāo)注為香檳。香檳大多是干型的,也有少量含糖量高的是甜型的。香檳的種類有下面幾種:

甜(Sec):釀造時補(bǔ)充了1%~3%的甜酒,殘?zhí)菫?7~35克每升。
特甜(Demi Sec):添加的甜酒量達(dá)到3%~5%,殘?zhí)怯?5~50克每升,有明顯的甜味。
