該過(guò)程是主要用于部分已聚合狀態(tài)的原料的熱固性成型。然后在熱模內(nèi)受壓完成交聯(lián)，固化時(shí)間從0.5 ~ 5分鐘,這取決于材料性能，部件幾何形狀和其壁厚。壁厚越大,固化時(shí)間越長(zhǎng)。
壓塑由于相對(duì)簡(jiǎn)單、模具成本壓縮成型通常低于注塑。有三種類(lèi)型的壓縮模具:FLASH/POSITIVE/SEMIPOSITIVE,如圖。使用壓塑生產(chǎn)的典型產(chǎn)品有 把手、把手、管件和殼體。也用壓塑進(jìn)行纖維增強(qiáng)的材料的成型。
